Colleen has owned weimaraners for many years.  Her first dog, affectionately known as "Tank" was over-standard, but a wonderful pet. Colleen began showing weimaraners in 1990.  Her first show dog, Ch. Char's Adler VD Floos Ammer, is Golda's sire.  Colleen's children also enjoyed several years in the AKC junior showmanship program.

Barbara was introduced to the breed by her much older sister, Colleen, in 1991 with the purchase of her first weimaraner and show dog, Ch. Silversmith Silver Sage VM, BROM, Golda's dam.  Since then, she has enjoyed breeding, raising, and showing many top winning weimaraners.

Colleen and Barbara enjoy traveling to shows and competing against other fanciers as well as each other to complete AKC titles on their dogs.
